I bought 12 of these in my order. These are skinned perfectly I only had 2 of 12 that had any "grey" meat on them and that was very little. I am amazed by how fresh these taste and cook up. No fishy smell at all. These are among the most tender salmon fillets I have bought and cooked....I even had a lapse of reason and overcooked one and it was still better quality than I have bought elsewhere.
