  • 1 Whole Black Opal Wagyu Tenderloin (6 lbs)
  • 2 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions:

1️⃣ Bring to Room Temperature: Remove the tenderloin from the fridge at least 1 hour before cooking.
