Foolproof Braised Bison Shoulder Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs Bison Shoulder Blade
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups beef or bison broth
  • 1 cup red wine (optional)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Fresh rosemary or thyme

Instructions:
