We loved dealing with Tim, the owner. He was incredibly accommodating to our needs and made the process so easy. He delivered the pig exactly on the date we requested, which we truly appreciated. We also ordered a AAA 25lb roast, and both the pig and the roast were absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and top quality. Highly recommend!
Terrific product and great service
Unbelievably good. This is a welcome change from smoking brisket - terrific flavor, cooks faster than brisket, and is much cheaper.
It’s a bit expensive, but it’s quality! The burgers and chicken strips were absolutely phenomenal. I would buy more if there were promotions, but until then I will continue to buy on special occasions! But I endorse wiser meats without any reservations!!
I have made some great broth using these bones. I have a mug or two of bone broth every single day. So nutritious! I roast the bones in the oven first and I add marrow bones as well.
The quality of theit produces is at an elite level... The taste is fanstatic...

I bought these for my son and he enjoyed eating them very much. I put them on the BBQ and grilled them up for him.
Having serious issues with the beef suet majority of the hard fat is mixed with fat..so of late before I add the ice water dough is soft and oily not pliable..if it straight suet I have no issues..I'm loosing so much of late..I've been using suet over 50 years making patty dough and I'm telling you it's bad supplier need to do better..
