Beef - Filet Mignon 10oz Double Smoked Bacon Wrapped 40+ Days Aged Grass-Fed AAA Ontario

On a recent business trip to the Ottawa region, I made a point of picking up my first order from Wiser Meats. Hanger steak, ribeye and four filet mignons were carried-on the flight home (with some odd looks from airport security) and it was so worth it! All of it has since been shared and devoured. The bacon wrapping for the filet mignon was the highlight, crisped so nicely on the grill and just made the filet that much more delicious.
