Love it

I am a professional soap maker. I've researched tallow soap making for over a year now. I took the plunge and sourced out Wiser for tallow. I've heard many stories about beef smells in others skin care products, I was nervous but talking with someone from Wiser he told me their tallow is twice rendered. There was a faint smell but after making my goat milk tallow soap unscented I found no scent whatsoever. The bar of soap is luxurious and I love it!!! Tallow skin care has been around for generations. With quality ingredients you can have great skin as well. I Highly recommend Wiser tallow for high quality and care in rendering.

Great for Bone Broth

I purchased these for bone broth. I like a mix of bones as it's a better flavor profile for me. I roast these and then I use my instant pot to make delicious broth.

These are great for my chicken broth as well as a great addition for my dogs diet. They love them and so do I!

Skin is the best part

I love that I can just purchase the skin! I cooked them up in the oven and they were fantastic! I am carnivore, and I don't eat chicken breast. I usually opt more for wings, bone in chicken thighs and chicken drumsticks all with the skin and for more flavor.

Delicious

I discovered this cut of ribs last year and I really enjoy eating it. These tasted fantastic and I like that I can find them in bulk somewhere, but not too much bulk for 1-2 people.

Use them for my bone broth

I roast these off and use them for my bone broth. It makes it taste delicious and its full of healthy collagen.

Delicious marrow

I roast them and then will eat the marrow as it's a very nutritious food. I sometimes roast them and add them to my broth as well, but have found myself eating the marrow on its own more often than not lately.
