Smoked & hand-made daily, tasty pork sausages, vacuum-packed

Made from fresh pork shoulder, they are hand-twisted in natural hog casings by our own in-house sausage makers and are then smoked in our own on-site smokers using real wood—no liquid smoke or smoke flavours added. The result is a deeply flavourful sausage that has just the right balance of smokiness.

Andouille sausage is spicy and contains paprika. Andouille is considered to be a Cajun type of sausage that is mostly used in jambalaya and gumbo.

Smoked Andouille Sausages

I found Wisers online following a search for providers of smoked Andouille Sausages. I was attempting my first authentic Louisiana Chicken and Andouille Gumbo, and I needed all the ingredients to be authentic. Wisers delivered and the Gumbo was a stellar success. My grandsons in particular, loved it. I'll be staying as a Wisers customer.

Fantastic sausage, and fantastic service. Delivered in the middle of a blizzard! Made my Boxing Day jambalaya the best I’ve ever made it!!! Would give 6 stars if I could.
