Ok about a month ago I bought a bunch of different sausages from Wisers and let me tell you the beef sausages were one of the best beef sausages I ever ate, full of flavor with out fillers. I'm not surprised everything I buy from Wisers is always top grade quality and most delicious.

Exceptional Steaks

These tenderloin steaks are exceptionally good; tender, juicy and flavourful. We have served these to guests multiple times with rave reviews. I like to use a garlic, salt and pepper based rub and reverse sear them over charcoal with cherry smoke for extra flavour. So good!

They taste great and are easy to cook . Definitely buying more when I get the chance.

Smoked Andouille Sausages

I found Wisers online following a search for providers of smoked Andouille Sausages. I was attempting my first authentic Louisiana Chicken and Andouille Gumbo, and I needed all the ingredients to be authentic. Wisers delivered and the Gumbo was a stellar success. My grandsons in particular, loved it. I'll be staying as a Wisers customer.
