Ingredients:
- 4 pieces Bison Osso Bucco (1.5")
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 cups beef or bison broth
- 1 cup crushed tomatoes
- Fresh rosemary, thyme, or bay leaf
