The flat iron steak was tender and nicely marbled. It was not as tasty as expected, lacking the “beefiness” people ascribe to the cut. It could have used a sauce for flavour. Marinating would make the meat too soft.
Love this stuff. Return customer here and will continue to purchase from here without a doubt. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality tallow.
