Wow-Excellent, it’ll be in my cart again

I wanted to treat myself, with a special that Wiser was running. I wish I had gotten one sooner! And I wish I had gotten 2 more. This steak, the size of a roast was all that I wanted it to be. I put it on the smoker to cook and then a quick seat on the grill. I cut it with a butter knife! Great quality and well worth the purchase. I’ll be picking this cut up again.

Terrific hamburgers

Wow! The prime rib burgers were excellent. A strong contender in the "best burger meat" category. Looking forward to rigorous comparison testing over the course of the summer. Thanks Tim, for a great suggestion (and a bunch of amazing meals).

Quality and value

Very happy with the quality and the value of the meat we received. It was packaged well. I find that sometimes there is a bleach type smell when you open a vacuum sealed item but this is NOT the case with Wiser Meats. The price was comparable to other sources and I felt it was good value for my dollar. The meat grilled up nicely and had lots of flavor. Order process and delivery was quick and efficient.

Awesome Kalbi ribs

Terrific ribs! Wiser now sells them in 6lb lots, which is perfect for 2-3 big meals for my family. The meat is wonderful - tender and lots of flavor, and very easy to cook. Kudos again to Wiser Meats!
