I purchased these for bone broth. I like a mix of bones as it's a better flavor profile for me. I roast these and then I use my instant pot to make delicious broth.
Exceptional cut of meat. I managed to get 11 steaks from the “roast”. Buying a whole ribeye is far cheaper than individual steaks. Vacuum sealed them afterwards.
