🥩 Fresh & Vacuum Sealed
Each 1 lb portion arrives fresh — never frozen — vacuum-sealed to lock in flavour and extend fridge life. The airtight seal prevents oxidation and keeps your chicken tasting its best from delivery to plate.
❄️ Storage & Freshness
- Keep refrigerated at or below 4 °C (40 °F) upon arrival.
- Use within 3–5 days of delivery while in the sealed package.
- Freeze for later: If you won't use it within 3–5 days, pop it in the freezer in the original vacuum-sealed bag — good for up to 6 months.
- Once opened, use within 24 hours.
- Do not refreeze after thawing from frozen.
If freezing and thawing later:
- Fridge thaw (recommended): 24 hours in fridge at or below 4 °C.
- Cold-water thaw: submerge sealed bag in cold water, changing the water every 30 minutes.
- Do not thaw at room temperature.
